Cutting Hallucinations, Making the Most of AI with Your Fitness Data, and 15 Prompts to Replace Your Contractors

  • Cut Hallucinations With One Sourcing Sentence: Add: “Explicitly link and source information so I can verify it.” Forces citation, exposes weak claims, and speeds auditing. Pair with “flag unknowns” or “state confidence” to reduce confident guesses in research, analysis, and reporting workflows.
  • Analyze Garmin, Hevy, MFP Data With GPT: Case study plus prompt for coaching across HRV, sleep, VO₂ max, training load, and nutrition. Produces objective analysis, “what’s working,” improvement targets, hypotheses, and next-week changes—a reusable blueprint for data-informed training and recovery.
  • Prompt To Self-Assess Your GPT Usage: Template asks the model to rate engagement, creativity, and strategy; surface strengths and gaps; and propose a personalized “GPT User Score” formula. Quick reflective tool to tighten prompting habits and measure progress over time.
  • Fifteen Prompts That Replaced a Contractor Team: Detailed pack spanning prospect research, cold email, objection handling, content at scale, FAQs/CS, pricing psychology, re-engagement, competitor analysis, and launch strategy. Each includes roles, required inputs, and output structures to build a lean sales engine.

What AI Literacy Looks Like in 2025: Check These 6 Boxes, and You're Well on Your Way

My earliest experience with generative AI was in 2022. An AI writer called @copysmith_ai wowed me at its ability to write coherent blog posts in seconds.

I added another tool called Jasper shortly thereafter. Needless to say, my days writing cheap, crappy, annoying SEO articles for money were numbered. And while both were impressive, and, I assume, remain distinguishable in the sea of 41,545 AI tools listed on @theresanaiforit, they were but a starting point for where this technology would end up.

Earlier this week, I used Sora 2 from @OpenAI to create a 30-second supercut of the Moses Red Sea parting that looks better than any Hollywood movie has ever been able to pull off. I did it all with text-to-video and iMovie.

I could not have done this three years ago, even though I felt my understanding of the tools was "advanced." That's because AI literacy, like regular literacy, changes as rapidly as the tools themselves.

And if you're not keeping up with those changes, you will fall behind.

So, with that said, what does AI literacy look like in 2025? Let's have a look.

Mem 2.0 Resurfaces Voice Notes, Meetings, and Research When and Where You Need It

Mem 2.0 (launched last week) is an “AI Thought Partner” that helps you stop losing ideas by capturing voice notes, meetings, and research—and then resurfacing exactly what you need, when you need it.

Standout features include Voice Mode for brain dumps and auto meeting notes, Agentic Chat that can create/edit/organize your notes, “Heads Up” proactive resurfacing, one-click Clean Up for formatting, and an agentic Chrome clipper.

It’s available on Mac, Windows, Web, and iOS with offline mode, version history, and dark mode, so you can jot first and let Mem handle the organizing later. Early signal looks strong (5.0 from 9 reviews; 462 followers), plus there’s a launch promo of 20% off the first month.
