Better Networking, AI Voice Conversations, and Nano Banana Images; Plus, a Prompt to Write Consultant-Grade Executive Summaries

  • Authentic networking prompt for mutual-value relationships: A values-aligned framework for “non-gross” networking. It guides genuine conversation starters, value-first offers, natural follow-ups, and long-term maintenance. Includes prompts to ask for help respectfully, emphasizing autonomy and reciprocity so relationships compound instead of feeling transactional.
  • Voice AI conversation coach prompt: Turn voice assistants into thinking partners. This prompt teaches conversation flow, context carryover, probing follow-ups, and collaborative problem-solving. You’ll practice iterative clarifications, build continuity across turns, and leverage dialogue dynamics to get clearer, more creative outcomes than single-shot queries.
  • Consultant-grade executive summary prompt framework: A 5-part structure—Situation, Key Findings, Business Impact, Recommendations, Next Steps—requiring quantified metrics, owners, timelines, and expected outcomes. Designed to convert dense reports into leadership-ready decisions. Includes cautions to verify numbers and avoid confidential inputs.
  • Six Nano Banana movie-poster prompts: Genre-specific image prompts (cyberpunk, noir, fantasy, horror, superhero, rom-com) with precise camera, lens, lighting, composition, and color notes. Great for consistent, cinematic transformations; also lists exclusions (no text, watermarks) and iteration tips.

Veo 3.1: Another Step Towards Hollywood Extinction

I had a date on Friday with Veo 3.1.

Having recently been enamored by the fun of Sora 2, I was looking forward to Google's upgrade, as Veo 3 was, until recently, the top buzzword in AI video generation.

Unfortunately for most users, Google has like a billion different AI products, and it can be confusing to keep up with all of them.

I certainly won't get into those here. Only Veo 3, which is accessible through Google Flow (https://labs.google/flow/about).

Here's what I learned from working with it for about an hour.

Getting Started

Visit the site link above.

Click Create with Flow.

Sign in with Google.

Click +New Project.

From this screen, you'll see a chatbox containing three adjustable parameters, delivered via dropdown menu.

Left Dropdown Menu: Text to Video (generate a video with text), Frames to Video (generate a video with text and frames), Ingredients to Video (generate with text and ingredients)

Right Dropdown Menu: choose from Aspect Ratio (16:9-Landscape or 9:16-Portrait), Outputs per prompt (1, 2, 3, or 4), and Model (Veo 3.1-Fast-20 credits, Veo 3.1-Quality-100 credits, Veo 2 Fast and Quality-support soon ending, 10 and 100 credits, respectively).

Expand Button: displays a screen that allows you to enhance your prompt using AI with a single click.

Generating Your First Video

Once you've selected your parameters, type out your idea in the chatbox, and hit Enter.

I went with a werewolf chasing a couple through a graveyard, and I used the Expand feature, presuming it would be a better version of what I was looking for than what I could have come up with on my own. Not entirely convinced it did, considering the original version had my couple running towards the werewolf and the werewolf running away from them.

Not exactly what I was going for, but I got it fixed with a little razzle-dazzle from the editing features.
