Astra has changed how I work. I spend less time telling AI which tool to use. More often, I describe what I want, show what isn't working, and ask it to figure out the next step.

Monday's skill is matching a job to AI's abilities. That now includes asking AI to help choose the method. You still need to recognize whether the result works.
Give it a problem you can see.
Suppose your workshop signup page looks fine on a laptop. On your phone, the registration button disappears below a huge image. You know what customers need: find the date, understand the price, and register without hunting.
Start there. Give the agent the page address and permission to inspect it. Ask it to investigate the problem, choose suitable tools, and prepare a working revision. A screenshot helps when the problem appears only on your device.
Use Astra inside ChatGPT Work or Codex with access to the site or its files. Access is rolling out; check your account. Seeing a screenshot alone doesn't give the agent permission or access to edit your website.
Tell it what finished means.
| Make this workshop page easy to use on a phone. Visitors should immediately find the date, price, and registration button. Inspect the page and choose the tools and approach. Use established web practices and explain any important tradeoffs. Build a preview using the site files I authorize. Keep the event details unchanged. Test the layout and registration path without submitting a real registration. Show what passed, what failed, and anything you couldn't test. Stop before publishing or buying anything. |
Then use the preview yourself. If the button still gets cut off, show it. Say which phone you used. Ask for a correction and another test.
Treat its proposed best practices as a starting point. Check whether the choices actually help someone register. An impressive explanation can accompany an awkward page.
For a manager, this means giving employees room to delegate the technical approach while holding the work to clear standards. Review the finished result and the test evidence.
Choose one page you own. Describe what a visitor should accomplish, then ask AI to investigate and prepare a fix.

The new version adds Spaces, a workspace for collecting related files and asking questions across them. It accepts documents such as PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and presentations, then helps turn their contents into summaries and structured answers.
Its Agreement Copilot also brings contract summaries, clause review, version comparison and revision into one workflow. A practical first use: collect a supplier’s proposal, contract and revised terms, then identify what changed and where the documents disagree. Follow the answers back to the original wording before approving the agreement.
Best fit: owners, operations teams and office staff who spend too much time moving between related documents.
