Energy Vampires, Getting Rid of Mental Clutter, Art Prompts, and Scaling Frameworks for Freelancers

  • PowerPoint deck generator prompt chain (outline→notes): A step-by-step chain that produces a full presentation: 5–7 section outline, section title slides, slide bullets grounded in keywords, speaker notes, a concluding CTA, and a quick QA pass. Swap [TOPIC] and [KEYWORDS] to reuse across audiences.
  • “Meeting energy vampire” diagnostic + redesign prompt: A role prompt where the AI acts as a meeting-efficiency expert. It audits agenda quality, participation, timeboxing, decision paths, and follow-ups—then proposes a lighter, outcome-driven format. Includes an optional “Gordon Ramsay mode” for brutally frank critique.
  • DEPTH method: five levers for better outputs: D-E-P-T-H = Define multiple perspectives, Establish success metrics, Provide context layers, Task breakdown, Human feedback loop. The post includes concrete examples and shows why self-critique + metrics upgrade otherwise “good enough” drafts.
  • Three frameworks to clear mental clutter (copy-paste): Brain Dump Organizer, Weekly Blueprint, and Decision Clarity prompts. They transform scattered notes into prioritized actions, a realistic weekly plan, and a quick tradeoff analysis—handy when your brain has “47 tabs open.”
  • PromP.ts: scrollable AI-art prompts feed: A free, SFW gallery of copy-ready prompts for Midjourney/Stable Diffusion/DALL·E. Endless scroll with style categories and quick filters—useful when you need structured image prompts to refine composition, lighting, and subject detail fast.
  • Anthropic Sonnet 4.5 “system prompt” community repo: A GitHub repository aggregating alleged system prompts and tool specs (including a Sonnet 4.5 file). Useful for studying orchestration patterns and guardrails. Treat as community-mirrored material; verify provenance before relying on specifics.
  • Freelancers: scale with Notion + ChatGPT prompts: A five-part playbook: CRM daily lead tracker + personalized follow-ups, proposal generator in client voice, time-to-money dashboard, retention check-ins with mini-reports, and a content system that repurposes case studies. Includes paste-ready prompts.

Hollywood Is Fearmongering Over AI: They Should Be Doing This Instead

Unlike AI, I get tired very easily. After a full workday and volunteering for the last four hours, I'm ready for bed.

So I'm gonna make this short (but hopefully meaningful).

Much was made this week over the AI actress Tilly Norwood. SAG-AFTRA, Whoopi Goldberg, Emily Blunt, and many others openly condemned her existence. Probably every other working performer is freaked out by the buzz surrounding her.

To be honest, they should be.

That "she" became a household name the same week Sora 2 dropped is an indication of the sea change coming to image and likeness.

In other words, a pretty or striking face isn't going to be enough to cut it in showbiz anymore. When prompts can render this...

...it's hard to imagine any human performer being able to position themselves into $100 million paydays.
