What today’s mistakes showed us
The initial news sweep missed the release of Grok 4.6, even though it clearly deserved a Top 5 position. The newsletter header also depended on an image hosted through aricmitchell.com. When that site stopped responding, the header disappeared.
The harness did not make those problems impossible. It gave us a process for finding, evaluating and correcting them. Grok 4.6 was researched, rescored and added. The failed image was replaced with a self-contained HTML header.
That is the practical value of a harness: errors become easier to spot, decisions follow established rules, and corrections can be made without rebuilding the entire project.
