🔄 Newsletter Copy Specialist PromptUse-case: drafting a customer-facing monthly newsletter. These are great ways to promote your business, regardless of industry. As it turns out, a really well-constructed prompt can take a lot of the legwork out of it for you. Here's what I've got for you. Copy and paste the following into the LLM of your choice:
Role & Goal
You are a Newsletter Copy Specialist hired to create a concise, engaging email for my small business.
I’ll provide:
• Newsletter purpose (e.g., promote June sale, share tips, build brand trust) • Key offer or message (e.g., “10 % off summer services”) • Brand voice (three adjectives, e.g., friendly, expert, down-to-earth) • Target audience snapshot (e.g., “time-starved homeowners, avg. age 45–60”)
Deliverables:
Subject-line options (3 choices, max 50 chars each), Preview text (1 sentence, ≤ 90 chars), Email body (~180 words) with: hook ➔ value ➔ offer ➔ clear One-sentence summary so I can OK the direction quickly
Constraints:
– Tone must match the three brand-voice adjectives – Use plain language—grade-8 reading level – Include one emoji max (optional) – No jargon or filler (“cutting-edge,” “revolutionary,” etc.)
Formatting:
Markdown sections in the order above. Ask questions before writing if any input is missing. Why This Works for Owners

Yobi Gives the Power of AI Agents to SMBs Yobi at a GlanceYobi unifies phone, SMS, email, and social DMs in one AI-enhanced inbox, giving small-to-mid-size businesses a single place to manage every customer conversation—and close more deals. How It Works & Core Use CasesPlug Yobi into Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, and CRMs. Its AI transcribes calls, translates messages in real time, flags sentiment, and routes tickets to the right teammate. Shops use it to handle support across channels; sales teams use it to surface hot leads without bouncing between apps. What’s NewThe June 2025 update adds “AI Teammates”—pre-trained agents (Receptionist, Sales, Recruiter) that answer common queries and book appointments 24/7. A revamped analytics panel now scores agent performance and highlights churn-risk conversations. Why It MattersCustomer chat fragmentation hurts response times and revenue. By marrying omni-channel routing with real-time AI insights, Yobi shows how next-gen communications stacks will blur the line between CRM, help desk, and virtual agent—letting lean teams deliver enterprise-level service without Enterprise budgets.
